A Forbes 30 Under 30 honoree in Media and an early employee at Graphiq before its acquisition by Amazon, Noah publishes to 47k+ LinkedIn followers on the exact questions Profound is built around: how marketers prove ROI on AI search visibility, and what earned media means once AI becomes the discovery channel.

An initial paid partnership around Profound's Zero Click NY event and a smaller follow-up gathering at Profound's office, grew into a six-month ambassador program covering LinkedIn content, in-person appearances, and a webinar.

The challenge

Profound was evolving in real time, from an AI search visibility tool into a broader AI marketing platform, and needed that story told by someone the market already trusted, not announced from its own account. The events themselves faced a narrower version of the same problem: Zero Click NY and the follow-up office gathering only reached the people in the room, while the insights shared there deserved a life beyond it.

Profound needed a voice that could do both, extend the events past their physical footprint and carry the bigger platform story across months.

Our approach

Noah's involvement was structured around Profound's actual event calendar, two LinkedIn posts covering Zero Click NY and the follow-up office gathering, tied to what actually happened rather than a generic recap. When that content performed, Profound extended it into a six-month ambassador program instead of a one-off activation, with Noah's monthly posts tracking Profound's real roadmap and news rather than a fixed content calendar.

Outcomes

Noah's two Zero Click posts covered the event as it happened, from grabbing Profound's in-house data lead Josh Blyskal on-site to the deeper product push toward Profound University and its Marketing Engineer job board. From there, the ambassadorship has tracked Profound's actual product story in real time rather than a fixed content calendar.

July's post covered FactCheck, Profound's AI-accuracy feature, anchored to a real case study of the tool catching inaccurate brand data. August's post widened the lens, tying FactCheck, Profound's Aim AI agent, and the Marketing Engineer job board into one story about where the platform is headed. And as we head into Q4, there’s plenty more planned!
